Dutch verre eglomise picture of a domestic scene showing people reading, drinking, writing and embroidering with an ornate clock all set within an oval cartouche.

Circa 1760.

Framed measurements 9 ¾” x 11”.

The reverse with an old inscription “Silhouette picture in glass bought at Lord Wolselys Sale, Glynde, Sussex Tuesday August 11th, 1908.
