A mid 18th century Pontypool tole tray on a contemporary stand.
The garden scene shown is very possibly based on the Dutch Garden at Westbury Court. The depicted subject is an almost faithful copy of one of Francis Hayman’s engravings known as The Pamela Series published in 1742
